Local tax rulings to be centralised under National Revenue Administration

The Polish government plans to transfer the issuing of local tax rulings to the National Revenue Administration (KIS). Currently, around 2,500 local government bodies handle these interpretations. The change is intended to streamline and standardise the process for taxpayers.
