New Polish law on CHF mortgage disputes takes effect

A new law aimed at streamlining court proceedings in Swiss franc mortgage cases came into force in Poland on Friday, the Ministry of Justice announced. The legislation introduces a series of procedural changes designed to speed up cases for CHF borrowers. The law addresses the massive backlog of such lawsuits in Polish courts.
