Teen in clown outfit accused of killing 78-year-old man at bus stop

A teenager dressed in a clown costume has been charged with murdering a 78-year-old man in what is described as a random attack at a bus stop. The suspect was identified after Ring doorbell footage captured him in the area shortly before the attack, allegedly twirling a large knife.
