Poland's minimum wage to rise 3% to PLN 4,950 in 2027

The Polish government has set the minimum wage for 2027 at PLN 4,950 gross — a 3% increase on the current level, but falling short of the symbolic PLN 5,000 threshold. The minimum hourly rate will rise to PLN 32.30.
