Former Orlen executives charged over alleged 1.5 billion zloty loss
Polish prosecutors have filed charges against three former Orlen executives: Michał R., a former member of Orlen S.A.'s board; Marcin O., a former board member of Orlen Trading Switzerland GmbH; and Filip W., a former executive director of both companies. The charges relate to an alleged 1.5 billion zloty loss caused to the company.
