North Korea's foreign revenues soar sixfold thanks to Putin's war

North Korea's foreign revenues have grown sixfold in a short period thanks to arms exports and the deployment of soldiers to support Russia. Expert Andriy Lankow says Pyongyang is now in its strongest financial position in 35 years. The alliance with Putin has given the regime resources it has never previously had at its disposal.
