President Nawrocki signs four laws, refers one to Constitutional Tribunal
President Karol Nawrocki signed four pieces of legislation but simultaneously referred the amendment to the law on registered pledges to the Constitutional Tribunal for a post-enactment review. Nawrocki's spokesman Rafał Leśkiewicz said the president believes the law may violate the right to a fair trial and consumer protection rights. The remaining three laws were signed without reservations.
