Volhynia exhumations: remains of 55 victims found, including 26 children

Poland's Institute of National Remembrance has concluded this year's exhumation works at Ostrówki and Wola Ostrowiecka in Volhynia, uncovering remains of 55 victims of the Volhynia Massacre, including 26 children. The sites are among those where the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) massacred Polish civilians during World War II. The finds mark the latest stage in an ongoing search for victims' remains.
