Over 1,000 YouTube channels use AI fake doctors to spread health misinformation

A Spanish fact-checking outlet exposed over 1,000 YouTube channels featuring AI-generated figures in white coats spreading health misinformation in more than 30 languages. The fake doctors promote remedies such as herbal infusions as replacements for diabetes medication and leaves purportedly curing cancer. Twenty of the identified channels published content in Polish.
