Kalisz county secretary charged after driving with nearly 3 per mille blood alcohol

The secretary of Kalisz county has been charged with drink-driving after being found with nearly 3 per mille of alcohol in his blood. The incident occurred in early May and the man was detained by witnesses at the scene. Prosecutor Maciej Meler of the Ostrów Wielkopolski prosecutor's office confirmed the case; an investigation is ongoing.
