PiS proposes deporting unemployed Ukrainian men of draft age from Poland
At a programme conference marking the first anniversary of President Nawrocki's inauguration, PiS put forward a proposal to deport all illegally unemployed Ukrainian men of military age from Poland. MEP Tobiasz Bocheński argued they would then "have the chance to fight for their homeland." The proposal has drawn criticism as an attempt to outbid far-right politician Grzegorz Braun on anti-Ukrainian rhetoric.
