Nawrocki signs law requiring upfront KNF fees

President Karol Nawrocki has signed a law changing how fees are collected by Poland's Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). Entities applying for licences, approvals or registry entries will now pay upfront rather than after the conclusion of proceedings. The change affects all entities supervised by the KNF.
