EU sanctions five people linked to Russia's arms industry after latest strikes on Ukraine

The European Union has imposed sanctions on five individuals connected to Russia's defence industry. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced the measures as a direct response to the latest wave of Russian strikes against Ukraine.
