Belarus and Russia held nuclear drills with Su-25 jets — think tank assesses Minsk's readiness

Belarus and Russia conducted joint nuclear drills in late May involving Belarusian Su-25 jets capable of carrying tactical nuclear warheads. The exercises also featured inflatable decoys and a backup airfield. The Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI) assessed the current state of Belarus's readiness to deploy tactical nuclear weapons.
