Ukrainians in Poland more often victims of theft than hate crimes

Police data obtained by "Rzeczpospolita" show that over half of crimes reported by Ukrainians living in Poland involve fraud, theft and burglary. Hate-motivated attacks against Ukrainians are relatively rare. The figures challenge the common assumption that Ukrainian refugees in Poland are primarily targeted with hostility.
