Poland's energy minister: no blackout risk, but the grid is under serious strain

Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka assured Poles that there is no risk of a blackout and that the national power grid is operating stably. He acknowledged, however, that managing the system is currently difficult. The statement came amid growing strain on Poland's electricity network.
