Poland spent 28 million złoty on unfinished Polish Cultural Centre in Lviv

Poland has spent 28 million złoty of public funds on the construction of the Polish Cultural Centre in Lviv, a project launched ten years ago that remains unfinished to this day, according to RMF24. The incomplete building has been dubbed a "monument to Polish corruption". The case raises serious questions about oversight of public spending abroad.
