All of Africa backs Infantino as CAF votes unanimously in FIFA president's favour

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unanimously backed FIFA president Gianni Infantino in the upcoming presidential vote. CAF president Patrice Motsepe called for good governance within FIFA. The unanimous African bloc endorsement represents a significant show of support for Infantino's continued leadership.
