Braun's party activist charged with denying Auschwitz crimes

Agnieszka Sz.-H., an activist from Grzegorz Braun's Konfederacja Korony Polskiej party in Toruń, has been charged with publicly denying Nazi crimes committed at the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. The Institute of National Remembrance's investigative division in Kraków sent the indictment to court. She faces up to three years in prison and has denied guilt, refusing to make a statement.
