Russian general Plakhotniuk may have died in Moscow restaurant explosion
The Centrum Europy portal, citing unofficial sources, reports that Gen. Valery Plakhotniuk may have been among those killed in Saturday's explosion at Moscow's Balzi Rossi restaurant. Evidence cited includes footage of an alleged funeral and his removal from the taxpayer registry. The Kremlin has not disclosed the identities of the victims.
