NASA tests Artemis moon hardware — engineers tackle lunar dust challenge

Engineers at NASA's Lunar Development and Test Facility at Johnson Space Center in Houston are testing hardware for the Artemis programme. Lunar dust is sharp, abrasive and clings to nearly everything, posing risks to equipment and astronaut health. One of the devices being tested is the handheld Lunar Electrostatic Dust Mitigation (LEDM) tool.
