New rules let notaries file land register applications on clients' behalf

An amendment to Polish law will expand the scope of notarial services, allowing notary offices to submit land register entry applications on behalf of clients. Previously, individuals had to file such applications themselves. The change is intended to streamline legal services in property transactions.
