Climate scientist: Polish rivers are simply running dry — that's a fact
Another heatwave is sweeping Poland, and water levels at Sulejów Reservoir — one of the largest bodies of water in the Łódź region — have been falling for months. Climate scientist Prof. Bogdan Chojnicki told TVN24 that while people may doubt climate change, the absence of water in rivers is an undeniable fact. He described rivers as a living summary of the climate changes unfolding before our eyes.
