Not everyone gets the 14th pension — ZUS to exclude some recipients
The 14th pension benefit is available to all retirees and disability pensioners, but not everyone will receive the full amount. For those whose base pension exceeds 2,900 PLN, the supplement is reduced on a złoty-for-złoty basis. The group excluded from receiving any payment is broader still, based on additional ZUS criteria.
