Polish Post cuts postman vacancies by 78% in one year

The number of unfilled postman positions at Polish Post fell by nearly 78% over the past year. In the first six months of 2026 alone, 317 vacancies were filled. The state postal operator is attracting candidates partly through higher wages, though shortages persist in some parts of the country.
