Over 330,000 Polish patients face restricted access to modern drug programmes

For several months, reports have been emerging about limited access to drug programmes through which over 330,000 patients in Poland receive modern therapies. Healthcare financing problems are translating into longer waiting times for treatment. Experts warn that the state is failing to keep promises made to patients, and the scale of the problem is growing.
