Back-to-school spending: state gives 300 zł, parents spend twice as much

Half of Polish parents plan to spend more on back-to-school supplies than last year, though this share is shrinking annually. State support stands at 300 zł, while actual family spending is more than double that amount. August is the key sales month for school-supplies retailers, but growing consumer caution is limiting their revenues.
