Iga Świątek beat Viktoria Golubic in 66 minutes to reach the last 16 at the WTA 1000 tournament in Toronto. World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka also advanced, defeating Shuai Zhang in two sets despite two rain delays. Jessica Pegula dispatched Kamilla Rakhimova in just 68 minutes.
