Flock promoted police departments later accused of misusing its surveillance tech

Flock Security posted YouTube videos highlighting at least four police departments whose officers were later accused of misusing the company's licence-plate recognition technology. The case raises questions about the responsibility of surveillance technology providers towards law enforcement clients. Flock has not commented on the allegations.
