Orlen posts record profits — Tusk blames Nawrocki for blocking fuel price cuts
Orlen posted significantly higher profits in the first half of this year compared to the same period last year. Prime Minister Donald Tusk seized on the results to remind Poles that the government had sought to use Orlen's "excess" profits to lower fuel prices. President Karol Nawrocki blocked that move by referring the relevant bill to the Constitutional Tribunal.
