Scammers impersonating tax inspectors — Polish Finance Ministry warns of new fraud

Poland's Finance Ministry warned on Thursday of a new fraud scheme in which scammers send fake messages impersonating inspectors of the National Revenue Administration (KAS). The ministry is urging citizens to be cautious and not to comply with demands from unknown senders claiming to be tax authorities.
