Russian General Plakhotniuk buried after explosion at Moscow restaurant

Russian General Valery Plakhotniuk may have been among the victims of an explosion at the Balzi Rossi restaurant in Moscow on Saturday, according to the Centre of Europe portal. He was buried on Wednesday at Troyekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow. The circumstances of the blast have not been fully clarified.
