Heat and low Vistula levels strain Polish energy sector — minister warns of serious situation

Polish power plants are curtailing output due to record heat and low water levels in the Vistula river. Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka acknowledged the situation is "very difficult" but assured there is currently no risk of a blackout.
