Ukrainian man tried to bribe border guards to reach a Warsaw concert

A 33-year-old resident of Kyiv attempted to cross the Polish-Ukrainian border at the Medyka-Shehyni checkpoint without the documents required to legally leave Ukraine. When Ukrainian border guards refused to let him through, he attempted to bribe them. The man was desperate to reach Warsaw to attend a concert.
