100 dead in Ceuta border rush, up to 5,000 migrants still in the enclave

The leader of Ceuta reported at least 100 deaths during a mass migrant surge from Morocco into the Spanish enclave. Up to 5,000 migrants remain inside Ceuta. The EU said Spain assured that Schengen borders are safe, but warned that Europe's borders remain "vulnerable."
