Orlen posts 15.8 bn złoty net profit in H1 — three times more than a year ago

Polish energy giant Orlen posted a net profit of 15.8 billion złoty in the first half of this year, three times more than in the same period a year earlier. The company attributed the jump in profitability mainly to higher fuel and petrochemical product prices.
