Russian general killed in explosion at Moscow restaurant Balzi Rossi
Major General Valeriy Plakhotniuk was killed in an explosion at the Balzi Rossi restaurant in Moscow, according to the anonymous Telegram channel "VChK-OGPU". He was buried on 5 August at the Troyekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow. His death adds to a series of mysterious fatalities among senior Russian military figures.
