Ebola virus in DRC may be mutating as cases pass 4,000

Health officials fear the Ebola virus driving a massive outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo may be mutating, as confirmed cases have surpassed 4,000. Africa's public health watchdog declared that incremental action is no longer sufficient and announced plans to go door to door to find patients as part of a major response escalation.
