Katowice launches major tram expansion southward with over 250 million zloty in EU funding
Katowice has launched construction of a new tram line running south through the city, described as the most significant tram investment in the Silesia region in years. The European Union will contribute over 250 million zloty to the project. The investment has been awaited for many years.
