Polish colonel on NATO's biggest weakness: Alliance structures are too slow to react

Colonel Piotr Lewandowski told Onet that while NATO member states are a crucial war hub for Ukraine, the Alliance's structures are currently unfit for rapid reaction, and reforms are absolutely necessary. His comments came in response to sharp criticism of NATO's current capabilities from a former Ukrainian army chief. Lewandowski described the Alliance's present state bluntly as "some kind of joke."
