PiS prepares 200,000-zloty civil lawsuit against Finance Minister Domański

Law and Justice (PiS) is preparing a civil lawsuit against Finance Minister Andrzej Domański over the blocked party subsidy following the 2023 elections. The party may seek up to 200,000 zloty in damages from the minister personally. PiS also declared it will fight to recover the lost millions from the state budget if it returns to power.
