PiS backs Michał Drewnicki as its candidate for Kraków mayor

Law and Justice (PiS) has officially backed Michał Drewnicki as its candidate for mayor of Kraków. Former Prime Minister Beata Szydło announced the start of the campaign and expressed confidence in victory. Szydło argued that Kraków deserves good leadership after "many, many years of neglect."
