Gen. Polko: RCB alerts are useless — Poland should copy Ukraine's warning system

Retired Major General Roman Polko, former GROM unit commander, criticised Poland's Government Security Centre (RCB) alert system as too vague and unhelpful for people in threatened areas. He suggested that residents of the Lublin region should download Ukrainian apps, as Ukraine's warning system is far more developed. Polko called for Poland to adopt precise, actionable alerts for civilians.
