JSW secures PLN 824m loan from ARP but CEO warns it won't fix structural problems
Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW) signed a loan agreement worth PLN 824.13 million with the Industrial Development Agency (ARP). CEO Bogusław Oleksy called it the first step capable of stabilising the company's finances at one of the hardest moments in its history. He cautioned, however, that the funds only temporarily relieve liquidity pressure and do not address JSW's underlying structural problems.
