Senate keeps legal scholars on bar exam committees despite reform

The Polish Senate approved a reform of the bar association but rejected a provision that would have removed legal scholars from admission exam committees. The bill now returns to the Sejm for further work. Senators' amendment requires another vote in the lower chamber.
