Poland's Energy Ministry drafts emergency-plan rules for energy market participants

Poland's Ministry of Energy published a draft amendment to energy law that would require market participants to draw up emergency plans ensuring the continuity of systems linked to the Central Energy Market Information System (CSIRE). The draft was posted on the Government Legislation Centre's website. The measure aims to boost the energy market's resilience to disruptions.
