India rejects Russia's Su-57 fighter jet in favour of homegrown aircraft

India's defence minister announced that the country will not purchase Russia's latest Su-57 fighter jets. New Delhi will instead invest in a domestically developed aircraft. The decision is a reputational blow to Russia, which had counted on India as a key export customer.
