Poland scraps free carbon emission permits for aviation

The Polish Senate passed without amendments a bill aligning Polish law with EU regulations limiting greenhouse gas emissions in aviation. The legislation now goes to the president for signature. The law ends free carbon emission permits for the aviation sector.
