Pogoń Szczecin official fired after offensive comment on death of journalist Morozowski

Andrzej Morozowski, a journalist and longtime host of TVN24's "Tak jest" programme, died on Tuesday at the age of 69 following a prolonged illness. Rafał Chlasta, a board member of Pogoń Szczecin, posted an offensive comment on X in response to a tribute by Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek. Pogoń Szczecin's president announced that Chlasta has been dismissed from his role at the club as a result.
