Israel deliberately targeted Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil, probe by three rights groups finds

Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and The Legal Agenda have released findings of a joint investigation into an Israeli strike that killed 42-year-old Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil in April. The probe concludes that Israel deliberately targeted her; her camerawoman was wounded in the same attack. The UN human rights office states that deliberate attacks on civilians constitute a war crime.
